04/12 update: Still working on portioning out and packaging. I ended up spending most of the weekend fixing my landlord's computer (long story) so I only got to start working on this yesterday. I'm going to be shipping in batches over the next couple days, but am planning to get at least some of them shipped today.

04/08 update: I just finished decanting everything, and it'll take at least another day to get everything portioned out, packaged and shipped. I'm aiming to have everything in the mail on Monday :)

03/30 update: I've now received everything for this circle, and have started decanting. I'm figuring about a week's turnaround for these :) Thanks, everyone!

FEEDBACK: I've been doing decant circles since 2005. My bpal_feedback is here. I'm "panavatar" on the BPAL and Conjure County forums. I am very bad at remembering to leave feedback for people so please feel free to ask me if you want me to leave it for you.

EXTRA ITEMS: If you would like for me to throw in any extra stuff to my orders, I will be happy to do so, and it will usually be the price of the item plus shipping from me.

PACKAGING: I use standard-sized vials from Pilot. Although I use recycled materials whenever possible, I generally use brand-new bubble mailers for convenience on my end. I'd really appreciate it if you could try and reuse the mailers you get from me for future swaps or other mailing needs. All of your stuff will be wrapped in more padding too.

LABELS: My labels are the same general size and shape as Conjure Oils'. I handwrite the name of the scent on one end and the name of the etailer on the other. I try to make my labels both attractive and functional.

FREEBIES: I almost always include freebies with my packages unless I'm totally out of anything. Feel free to request an empty bottle from this circle, but be aware that unless I'm ordering multiple bottles of that scent, I can't 100% guarantee you'll get it. If you order a bottle and a decant from that bottle, I will send the decant in the bottle unless you request otherwise. Orders of half bottles will be given greater priority than requests for empties. Please request any empties you want before you pay me, as each bottle adds 1.1oz to your shipping weight.

PAYMENT: I accept any kind of Paypal, but I respectfully request you cover my fees for the transaction. (I get charged fees for all sales.) I use this calculator to determine what those fees will be. All payments go to damon at panavatar dot net. Please ask me for a total before paying. I DO NOT SEND PAYPAL INVOICES. I will reply to you with a total in the comments here. I also accept Revolution Money Exchange, money orders, cashier's checks, and personal checks, no fees required--just ask.

LEFTOVERS: I usually hold all leftover oils until ~2 weeks after the decants ship out, before putting them up for sale/swap. Although I appreciate the interest, I'd appreciate it if folks not preemptively ask me for leftovers, and instead wait until I list them on my sale/swap page.
